Aftab Ahmed Diwan started his career with Citibank in 1981. During his long tenure with the bank, he had varied exposure in different operational and business areas, which also included offshore assignments. Among the areas in which he served locally include Financial Control, Credit and Worldwide Securities Services. Apart from local assignments he also served Citibank Romania as Securities Business Manager looking after both business and operational activities and Citibank United Kingdom as Project Co-coordinator for Securities-related Cash Exception Project.
He then joined CDC in 1999 and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at CDC and as a Director at ITMinds Limited. He has previously served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2017 and Head of Operations from 1999 to 2004 at CDC. He has represented CDC at various international forums including the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) and Asia-Pacific Central Securities Depositories Group (ACG). He has also served as the Chairman of the Consultative Group on Capital Markets, formed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan from May 2009 to September 2010.
Mr. Ayaz Ahmed is the Head, Acquisitions and Investments of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and a member of the Management Forum of the Bank. He joined HBL in the capacity of CFO in 2000. He had served as HBL’s Chief Information Officer for several years and was involved in its large scale technology and process reengineering. His area of expertise is in supply chain and straight-through-processing. Presently, he is a Director of Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited and Central Depository Company. In the past, he has served as a Director on the Board of Habib Allied Bank (Plc.) UK. He has also served as the Chairman of 1Link – National Switch, NIFT – National Cheque Clearing Company and Habib Currency Exchange (Pvt.) Limited.
Mr. Ahmed is an active member of ICAP where he has served on several committees including the Banking subcommittee and the Professional Standards & Technical Committee and also as a member of the Quality Assurance Board. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (since 1984), having trained with Arthur Andersen and has completed his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK. Mr. Ahmed is an Alumni of Harvard Business School, Boston.
Mr. Veqar Islam is the Senior Vice President and Member Executive Board of Comptel Corporation. He holds Masters Degree in Commerce from Karachi University. He has already been Sub Region Head for Nokia Siemens for the year 2010 and 2011 in (MEAE) and 2008, 2009 and 2010 in Gulf and Pakistan. He has also served as the Board Member of NADRA from 2006 to 2009.
Zafar Iqbal Sobani brings with him over thirty eight years’ experience of working in the manufacturing, power sector and audit profession in Pakistan and in the Middle East. He Obtained his qualification of Chartered Accountancy and Cost & Management Accountancy in the early eighties from Pakistan.

His experience also include involvement in the power sector of the Country since 2007 heading Hubco Pakistan and Liberty Power Tech and has exposure of all the facets of the power sector industry in the country along with strong relationship with all the major stake holders in power sector of the Country. His experience also includes working with Pakistan Oxygen Limited (now Linde Pakistan) a MNC company as well as large local groups which includes, Lakson Group and House of Habib in the areas of finance, arranging the project funding of large size project, treasury, costing, supply chain, real estate management, marketing and general management.

He is a Board member of Privatization Commission since January 2014 and is actively contributing in the Privatization transactions carried in last eighteen months and currently divestments of PSEs including DISCOs and

He has been the President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) the self-regulator of accounting profession in the country and served actively in council and regional committee in various capacities. He also remained Chairman of Quality Control Board entrusted with the objective of overseeing the quality of audit assurance work in Pakistan. He also remained member of managing committee of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Currently he is serving as Board member of few companies and Institutes

Currently he is engaged in the consultancy in the power sector.
Mr. Moin M. Fudda has over 40 years of rich and unique blend of professional experience which encompasses working for the corporate sector and performing diplomatic duties. He holds MBA (Insurance & Risk Management) from St. Jones University, New York, and B.S. (Insurance & Economics) from R.C.D. College of Insurance, Tehran. He is a Certified Corporate Governance Trainer by International Finance Corporation (IFC) since 2010 and is a Member of Faculty at the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG). He is an Independent Director on the Board of Wyeth Pakistan Ltd. where he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee, an Independent Director on the Board of Al Meezan Management Limited. He is a   Nominee Director of Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on the Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and is a Member of its Regulatory Affairs, Audit, Human Resources & Remuneration and Voluntary De-listing Committees. Mr. Fudda has been nominated by PSX on the Board of Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC) where he also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Disciplinary Panel and Investment Committee as well as a Member Board of Directors of ITMinds Limited, subsidiary of CDC. He is also a Nominee Director of PSX on the Board of PICG and a Member of its Task Force to review the Code of Corporate Governance 2009.

Since 1990, he has been serving as the Honorary Consul General of New Zealand for Pakistan.  From early 2016 he has been appointed as a Country Representative for SCOR – A Global 1 Tier Reinsurer. He is a founder Member of Board National Center for Dispute Resolution (formerly KCDR), a Member, Board of Karachi Council on Foreign Relations as well as a Member of the Executive Committee of English Speaking Union of Pakistan. Moreover, since 2003, he continues to serve as a Chairman/Member of various Alternate Dispute Resolution Committees (ADRC) formed by the Federal Board of Revenue. He is a Member of the Task Force formed by the Ministry of Finance to promote Corporate Governance in Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) formed by the Ministry of Finance He advocated for development and enactment of Rules of Corporate Governance for PSEs.

Possessing rich experience in insurance sector he has worked for Stewart Wrightson (Member of Lloyds of London) at its office in Tehran, American Internationals Group (AIG) in its head office in New York as well as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The College of Insurance, New York. He has been the Executive Director, Reinsurance, Pakistan Insurance Corporation, Country Chief of New Zealand Insurance and Commercial Union now AVIVA and Managing Director of Commercial Union Life, now Jubilee Life Insurance. He has contributed immensely towards the reform and growth of insurance industry of Pakistan. He is currently a Member of the Insurance Consultative Group formed by SECP.

Throughout his rich career, Mr. Fudda has also served Pakistan’s Capital Market at various occasions. He was Nominee Director of the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) on the Board of the then Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) in 1999/2000 and thereafter as its Managing Director from 2002 to 2005. During the same period, he represented KSE at various National and International Forums and also served as a Member of Technical Committee of South Asian Federation of Exchanges and Chairman of the Task Force on Corporate Governance at Federation of European and Asian Stock Exchanges. He was nominated and then elected as the Chairman of the Board of National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Central Depository Company of Pakistan and a founding Managing Director of the National Commodity Exchange, now Pakistan Mercantile Exchange

From September 2005 till January 2016, he remained Country Director of Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) Pakistan. From, February 2015 to December 2015 Mr. Fudda has also served as the Chairman of the Board of formerly Islamabad Stock Exchange Limited. Earlier he held other prominent positions such as President of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI), Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) and the Karachi Boat Club. He has also been a Member, Board of the Privatization Commission and Board of Investment (Government of Pakistan), Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FPCC&I), Pakistan Britain Business Advisory Group and Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture. He was appointed as a Member of Committees on Anti-Money Laundering and Transfer Pricing by the SECP and a Member of National Policy Platform for Competitiveness & Economic Growth by the Ministry of Economic Affairs,

In 2006, Mr. Fudda was awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz (S.I.) conferred by the President of Pakistan. In 2002, he was recognized as the Honorary Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) and in 1990 NZ Commemoration Medal was conferred by the Queen of New Zealand. In the year 1989 Mr. Fudda was awarded the Best Managers Award by Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi.

Mr. Fudda is married and is blessed with a son, two grandsons and a daughter. He and his wife have traveled to more than 100 countries in 7 Continents.
Junaid ShekhaMr. Muhammad Junaid Shekha is the Chief Executive Officer of ITMinds Limited. He assumed the position of CEO on July 1, 2014 leading the Business Process Outsourcing Services segment as well as other associated IT services of ITMinds. ITMinds is working towards its growth and selling concept of accounting outsourcing to different organizations in Pakistan.

As CEO, Junaid manages a diverse team of 60 people. He is committed to attract the best talent to provide exemplary services to clients. The company has grown exponentially under his management, and is quickly assuming a leadership role in its key service offering. Junaid joined the holding company The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) in early 2006 and led various teams and initiatives in different areas of business such as Internal Audit, Operations and Product Development. His previous assignment at CDC was as the Chief Internal Auditor, the position which he held for two years. His other roles and responsibilities include CSR initiatives at CDC and also acted as a Business Continuity Manager.

At a personal level Junaid volunteers both at the professional and community level. He presently is an elected member of Southern Regional Committee (SRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for the term 2013 – 2017. He also held the position of Chairman SRC for the term 2013-14.

Junaid began his career as a trainee chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Karachi and later remained associated with Ernst & Young, working in both its Karachi and London offices. He is certified by the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is also a certified director from ICAP.
